Each Maybach is built with the upmost care exclusively in the Maybach Manufaktur
at the Sindelfingen plant in Germany.
Coachbuilding and assembly processes are based on the highest level
of craftsmanship,
ensuring that even the most unconventional owner’s
dream becomes reality in the desired,
fashionable shape.
A Maybach saloon passes through 21 build stations over a period of
several weeks in the course
of its construction depending on the
customer's individual specifications. The most exciting station is the
eleventh, where the "marriage" of power-train and body takes place.

To ensure a perfect final result, the chosen trim elements in wood and
other fine materials are carefully adjusted to fit perfectly by expert
craftmens.
Once the suspension and wheels have been fitted, the
vehicle is pushed with the greatest of care from one build station to
the next, and submitted to painstaking checks, such as the acoustic
testing, performed by specially trained staff with highly sensitive
hearing.
Once these painstaking inspections have been completed
and passed, the handover can take place and the new Maybach owner can
enjoy the Magic Point experience.
